This is why every member starts with a movement assessment. It allows us to select the most appropriate exercises and progressions to reduce the risk of common issues like back pain, shoulder strain, or other overuse injuries—so you can keep doing what you love without limitations.

When you start at Train 2 Xcel, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days.

Mark Bubeck

Mark is a cum laude graduate of Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL where he earned both a BS in Sports Management and a MS in Sports Administration. Mark has post graduate training in injury prevention, athletic performance training, advanced programming methodologies, energy system training and corrective exercise. For 20 years Mark has been a highly sought after trainer for both healthy and injured individuals ranging from post rehab patients to high level athletes. While working in Florida, Mark was head trainer at SAFC of Florida, helping to grow and educate a staff that became one of the top training gyms in Palm Beach County. In 2003, after turning down offers to work at the collegiate level and in professional baseball for the stability of working in the private sector, Mark returned to his roots in the northeast where he has been one of the most sought out trainers within the NY/CT area.

He has been trained and educated by some of the industry leaders in both the strength and conditioning and physical therapy fields. An avid learner, he continues to study in his field extensively in order to keep expanding his broad knowledge base. Mark subscribes to a movement based philosophy while using his understanding of functional anatomy to help his clients achieve a wide range of goals.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
