To say consistency is the secret sauce to fitness success is an understatement. The more often you workout each week and month the better your results will be. String some years of this together and you have long term success.
The problem is that being consistent isn’t easy, especially when you workout alone or have nobody to keep you accountable. In fact, the average do-it yourself gym member like those that belong to big box gyms go to the gym on average less than 1x/week.
On top of that, research shows those with home fitness equipment work out less than before the pandemic. This trend does not lead to long term success.
We know that people who show up at least 8-9 times per month to the gym have a much higher success rate than those that do less. It’s why our training system at Train 2 Xcel is set up the way it is.
