Self-confidence is so valuable, but it can be hard to find. So, if you sometimes doubt yourself, or if you’re going through a low-inspiration period, then let me take this opportunity to remind you of something important:
You can do it.
Really! You can do it. Whatever it is, whatever your position in life, whatever challenges you face… I BELIEVE IN YOU.
It’s so easy to get overwhelmed by stress, negativity, and the demands of kids, work, and the home. We can stumble in our daily efforts to reach our goals. Miss a workout here. Fall off the healthy-eating wagon there. And, if we’re not careful, we can start slipping in our confidence.
So, in addition to my unbridled belief in you, I want to urge you to remember this: You will succeed through consistent effort over time, during which you sometimes will fall short of your expectations or be dealt a setback. Because you are – LIKE ALL OF US – a human being. When this happens, do not despair. Learn from it, dust yourself off, and get back on the right path.
Others have done it. So can you.
