I never write testimonials, and I don’t usually let anyone take my photo in the gym. But I am so grateful for my experience at Train 2xcell; I wanted to share it with you.
Before coming to train2xcel, I had been in a seemingly endless cycle of injury-physical therapy-gym-injury-repeat. With my confidence shaken, I concluded that I needed to accept the reality that I wasn’t going to age well. At the recommendation of my physical therapist, I reluctantly went into Train 2xcel. It was a different experience from the beginning. I had a thorough assessment of my movement patterns and my history of injuries.
Over time, I received a progression of programs that built my strength and my confidence. I now can lift more weight than I ever would have imagined. The trainers were there to guide you. They take the time to know what you need, when to give that extra push, or realize that some days you might not be able to give 100%. They know how to motivate! It makes a big difference having a trainer work with you every session. I’ve had 2 surgeries during my four years here, and was able to return to the gym quicker, as they wrote up my workouts to help keep me moving and get back to where I was.
One thing I did not expect to happen there, was the friendships I have made. Getting to know other members, working out with them, whether it is a metabolic class, or a semiprivate lesson really helps me want to go to the gym. I look forward to being there.
